  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
  2. Eligibility
  • Only licensed real estate agents or teams operating in the United States may subscribe.
  • By registering, you confirm you are duly licensed.
  1. Services Provided
  • Web-based software for lead management, listing management, and communication tools.
  • Leads generated through our marketing channels are routed to subscribed agents.
  1. Referral Fees
  • A referral fee is charged only after a referred lead results in a successfully closed transaction.
  • Fees are paid directly by the agent to Labex IT Solutions, as compensation for introduction and marketing services.
  • Labex IT Solutions does not participate in contract negotiation, transaction closing, or representation of buyers/sellers.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Subscription fees and referral fees must be paid as invoiced.
  • Late payments may result in restricted access until resolved.
  1. Account Responsibilities
  • Agents are responsible for account security and accuracy of submitted information.
  • Sharing account access is prohibited.
  1. Limitations
  • Labex IT Solutions provides software and marketing services only.
  • No warranties of leads, sales, or transaction success are provided.
  • Labex IT Solutions is not a real estate broker and does not represent buyers or sellers.
  1. Termination
  • Either party may terminate subscription in accordance with notice terms.
  • Upon termination, access to the Platform will be revoked. Referral fees for closed leads remain payable.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Labex IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for Platform access in the preceding 6 months.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States.

  • Updates will be posted on the Platform.
