Renewal Policy

Labex IT Solution LLC.

Effective Date: 30th Oct, 2025

This Renewal Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures and requirements for the continuation of monthly subscription services offered by Labex IT Solutions (“Company”) to registered real estate agents and brokers (“Realtors”).

1. Renewal Notification

At the end of each active monthly subscription term, Realtors will receive:

  • An automated renewal notification displayed directly on their Agent Dashboard, and
  • An official email reminder sent to their registered email address.

The notification will include details regarding the renewal date, plan type, and payment instructions.

2. Renewal Timeline

  • Realtors are required to complete the renewal payment within five (5) calendar days from the date of notification.
  • Failure to renew within this period will result in temporary suspension of dashboard access and lead assignment privileges.

3. Grace Period and Reactivation

  • A grace period of five (5) days will be provided to complete the payment.
  • After the grace period, the Agent Dashboard will be automatically locked, and no new leads or updates will be issued.
  • After suspension, the Realtor will be required to sign up again under the monthly subscription plan to restore full access and resume services.

4. Non-Renewal Consequences

If payment is not received after the grace period:

  • The Realtor’s account and associated ZIP codes will be released back into the available inventory pool,
  • Pending or verified leads under the account may be reassigned to other active agents, and
  • The account will be marked as inactive until renewed.

6. Policy Updates

Labex IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed to maintain operational efficiency and service consistency.
