This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all refund requests made by Realtors or Broker Partners (“Subscribers”) who have enrolled in a Monthly Subscription Plan or entered into a Referral Agreement with Labex IT Solutions (“Company”).

By subscribing to any monthly plan, the Realtor acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.

1. Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees ($199/month, $349/month) are non-refundable after activation.
• Unused portions may be credited for future subscription at the company’s discretion.

2. Referral Fees

• Referral fees are earned only after a successful closing.
• No refunds will be issued for referral fees paid after a completed transaction.

3. Exceptions

• In cases of technical failure on Labex IT Solutions LLC’s platform resulting in lost leads or data, discretionary credit or lead replacement may be provided under the Lead Replacement Policy.
• Refund or dispute requests must be submitted via support@labexitsolutions.com or +1 512-325-7406 within 5 business days of the issue.
