Lead Replacement Policy – Labex IT Solutions LLC

  1. Scope
  • Applies to leads generated and delivered via the Platform to licensed agents only for Smart Agent Plan subscribers. 
  1. Replacement Conditions
  • A lead may be eligible for replacement if:
    • The lead data is demonstrably invalid (e.g., incorrect contact information)
    • The lead is a duplicate of another active lead
  • Leads lost due to agent error, non-response, or third-party issues are not eligible for replacement.
  1. Procedure
  • Agents must submit a lead replacement request via Lead Replacement button available on the agent dashboard for only Smart Agent Plan 5 business days of delivery.
  • Labex IT Solutions will review and, if eligible, issue a replacement lead at its discretion.
  1. Limitations
  • Replacement is limited to the same subscription or lead tier.
  • There is no monetary refund; replacements are software credits or new leads.

5 .  NOTE:

If no report is submitted within 3 days, the lead will be considered valid and legitimate.
